John Decker is a caring and motivational fitness/performance specialist in Moorsesville NC. Engaging and enthusiastic, his desire is to be a facilitator to others achievement of success in the gym and in life.
John received his Master of Science of degree in 2007 from California University of Pennsylvania in Exercise Science: Health and Human Performance, Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a concentration in Physical Educaion, and a minor in Religion in 1992 from Liberty University. He recieved his Teacher of the Handicapped Certificate in 1995 from Rowan University. John holds his certifications with the Natiional Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist, and maintains his certification with the National Strength and Condtioning Association as a Certified Strength and Condtioning Specialist. In 1999 John founded his personal training compnay, turning Point Fitness, to help those desiring goal oriented, program - designed excersize, have experienced setbacks with injuries, and athletes of all levels. A committed exercise fitness/ performance specialist, John has a dedication to "take a turn for the better" to wellness through inspring a healthier lifestyle and faciltation the achievement of each individuals highest potential.
